Vicenza-style salted cod, freshly pressed bigoli pasta and pasta e fasoi are featured seasonally on our menu, alongside more creative and playful creations, as well as those dishes that, over time, have become true favourites among our guests.
For us, tradition is much more than a collection of recipes. It is a heritage of gestures, experiences and knowledge passed down through time, continuing to inspire the way we cook every day.

The wine list at Le Muse reflects the very same philosophy that inspires our cuisine.
We love discovering authentic wines from small, independent wineries, because every bottle tells the story of its land and the people who dedicate their lives to it. Extraordinary men and women who, working in harmony with nature, create wines that fill every glass with character and emotion.
Our selection is deeply rooted in Northern Italy, with a particular focus on three regions: Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and South Tyrol. Alongside these, you will also find a carefully curated selection of Franciacorta, Champagne and other fine sparkling wines from France.
Our role is to help you find the right wine—not simply the one that pairs perfectly with your meal, but above all the one you truly want to drink.
Every label on our list is a wine we genuinely enjoy ourselves. In recent years, we have also developed a growing passion for natural wines, selecting producers who share our values of authenticity, craftsmanship and respect for nature.
